• I have passed the Home Inspector examination administered by the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

• I am a licensed Home Inspector in the State of Illinois.

• I also follow the Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors in the State of Illinois.

• I fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year.

• I own and use high-tech equipment.
