Inspection AgreementPlease download and review our inspection agreement before your scheduled appointment. I prefer that my clients have a full understanding of what to expect before hiring me. HomeSmart Home Inspection Agreement (PDF) HomeSmart Condo Inspection Agreement (PDF) The condo inspection generally does not include the common areas that may be managed by an association or not part of your actual property purchase. I do honest work and generally take longer than average in the home collecting information and photos. As my client, your presence is requested at the home at the start of the inspection to sign the agreement and to discuss any concerns you may have. Your presence is also requested at the end of the inspection (usually about 4 hours) for a walkthrough. Payment in full is due at the start of the inspection. I will deliver the final report to you within 48 hours of the end of the inspection in written and or electronic (pdf email) format.
